Apples in the layered dough

Dough: 300 g flour, 150 g butter or margarine, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons milk, at the end of the knife salt. Filling: 500 g apples, 50 g of sugar. Prepare the puff pastry, roll out thinly and cut into squares. Peel apples, cut each in half, choose seeds and place flat side on the dough. Gather the corners of the square and close up the protein. Coat the egg. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a hot oven (240-250) for 20-25 minutes. Still warm sprinkle with powdered sugar puffs with vanilla.
