Cannelloni stuffed with meat (Italian

Cannelloni stuffed with meat (Italian cuisine)

  • 600 g of ground beef
  • 250 g of cannelloni
  • 2 onions
  • 100 ml of yogurt or sour
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 300 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp heaped flour
  • 150 grams of cheese (preferably parmesan)
  • vegetable oil

Bow knock in a blender along with the parsley and add to stuffing, all the salt and pepper, add yogurt or yogurt and mix thoroughly. Stuff the cannelloni resulting mass. Prepare the b├ęchamel sauce: flour fried in butter and, stirring constantly, add the milk, salt and pepper, add a pinch of dried herbs and bring to a boil. In a greased form lay cannelloni in a single layer, cover with sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese, pour 3 4st.l. water, cover and bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 30-35 minutes, remove the lid and bake for another 10 minutes.
