Cod baked with mushrooms

Cod baked with mushrooms in cream sauce

  • 1 kg of cod
  • 400 g mushrooms (champignon)
  • 0.5 liters of cream
  • 2 tbsp. l. flour
  • 2 onions
  • 1 carrot
  • vegetable oil
  • salt, pepper, dill and parsley

Chopped onion half rings, fine julienne carrots, mushroom slices. Together, fry in oil until golden brown, sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper and, stirring constantly, add the sour cream. Bring the sauce to a boil. The fish is cut into portions, add salt and pepper and put on a greased foil in the form or on a baking sheet. Pour the fish sauce and bake at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. Serve sprinkled with finely chopped greens.
