Elixir Coffee

Elixir coffee tablespoon ground organic coffee, 1/2 liter of water, 1/2 liter of fresh yogurt or cream, 250 g sugar, 4 egg yolks. Half coffee cover with cold water and put on fire. When the drink rises, add the remaining half portion of coffee and sugar. Boil and set aside on the edge of plates, tightly covered. After 10 minutes, strain it through a cotton and cool. Whisk the egg yolks with the remaining sugar. Connect them with a chilled yogurt, coffee and whisk until a frothy liquid. Serve in large glasses.
