Fish baked in foil

  • 1 kg of fish fillets (hake, pollock, etc.)
  • 1 jar of green olives, pitted
  • to 2 tablespoons capers and chopped onions
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Dill
  • salt, white pepper
  • about 1m aluminum foil

Fillets with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and leave to marinade for 30 minutes (do not cut!) Greased foil, put on one half of the foil 1/2 fish fillets on top halves of olives, dill, capers, onions, cover with remaining fillets Wrap foil (tight that did not follow established sec). Bake in the oven for 30-40min at a temperature of 170-180 degrees.
