Mutton boiled in sauce


Pancetta and cook blade 2 1/2 hours (depending on age) with the addition of purified and washed coarsely chopped carrots, parsley and onions. At the end of cooking, add salt and put a bay leaf and pepper. We must remember that overcooked meat loses its taste. Of cooked lamb bones removed, cut it into pieces, add browned onions in butter, mashed garlic with the salt, pour tomato sauce and stew for 10-15 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes, pasta or crumbly buckwheat. At 1 kg mutton 2 onions, 1 carrot, 1 parsley, 1-2 tbsp. unsalted butter, 1 clove of garlic, 2 cups tomato sauce, salt, pepper and bay leaf.
