
Fishcakes (dishes cooked in a double boiler)
- 700 g white fish fillets
- 2 slices of loaf
- 1 tbsp starch
- 1 egg
- 100 grams of milk
- 1 onion
- salt, pepper, dill
Pour milk loaf slices and leave for 10 minutes and gently squeeze. Fish fillet with bread and onions grind in a meat grinder, add eggs, chopped dill, starch, egg, salt and pepper.
