Salad of smoked herring


Salad of smoked herring smoked herring with boiled potatoes, 2-3 marinated mushrooms, a tablespoon of chopped green onions, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, a teaspoon of mustard. With herring or other smoked fish gently remove the skin, then the bones, cut portions, put on an oblong plate, shift slices of potatoes, cut into julienne mushrooms. Pour butter, mashed with mustard, sprinkle with onions.
